We draw the attention of issuers to the disclosure of quarterly (intermediate) information!

The NSSMC draws the attention of joint-stock companies of public interest to the change in the terms of disclosure of quarterly information in the current year.

In connection with the entry into force on 01.07.2021 of the Law of Ukraine on Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets, in particular, part ten of Article 126 on the requirements for disclosure of information about the activities of issuers, the NSSMC made adjustments to its submission deadlines.

Enterprises of public interest (in particular other than banks) should not compile and disclose interim information for the second quarter of the current year, given that on this date, namely June 30, 2021, the Law has not  entered into force yet.

Quarterly information should be compiled by these issuers as of the end of the last day of the third quarter of 2021 and submitted to the NSSMC.
