New Year’s greetings from Ruslan Magomedov, Chairman of the NSSMC

Dear colleagues, partners and friends, on behalf of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), I would like to congratulate you all on the upcoming year 2025!

Today we are seeing off another year full of challenges and grief. Together, we have demonstrated our resilience, unity and readiness to fight for the future of our country. I sincerely thank our defenders for giving us a chance to move forward every day.

I would like to recognise the staff of the regulator, for whom this year has been the beginning of great changes, and thank everyone for their professionalism and dedication to our common cause. In the new year, the NSSMC will continue the transformation process aimed at growing capital markets to support the country during the war and create new opportunities for citizens and businesses. Together we are building a strong, modern and independent Ukraine.
