Your opinion is important: join the discussion of regulatory documents of the NSSMC

The NSSMC’s website has a special section where draft regulatory acts of the regulator are published for public discussion.

In the section «Draft Regulatory Acts and Analysis Results», you can find current documents that the NSSMC has developed and published to receive suggestions and comments from market representatives and stakeholders. Each draft has a deadline for the regulator to accept public comments. After that, they are processed by the NSSMC’s specialists, the final text is approved at meetings and published in the section «Registers of NSSMC Acts» https://www.nssmc.gov.ua/regulations/.

The NSSMC is open to constructive dialogue and is always waiting for your suggestions. Join the discussions and have an impact, as every voice is important for effective and transparent regulation of the financial environment.
