Ruslan Magomedov at Mind Invest Summit: We are implementing new technology projects for business

On June 28, 2024, the Chairman of National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) took part in the Mind Invest Summit held in Lviv.
The Chairman of the regulator spoke at the panel discussion: Economic Development Strategy. What the State Offers and What Business Needs, and spoke about technology projects in the capital markets aimed at digitalizing many business processes.
«We are implementing new technological projects for business, thus trying to facilitate most processes. And we have many ambitious ideas in the works. Today, the Central Depository is already operating a new service for accounting for shares of Ukrainian companies, which provides security guarantees of property rights and offers modern additional services. The e-voting mechanism for corporate governance is also gaining momentum. It allows shareholders and bondholders to participate in meetings and be involved in the activities of companies», said Ruslan Magomedov.
Mr. Magomedov also spoke about the «Vnesok» project, in which NSSMC shows how important financial education and timely reporting of fraudulent schemes are for the well-being of our citizens.
The event was designed for investors, entrepreneurs, startup teams, and anyone who seriously considers Ukraine and its assets as investment targets.
