Submission of information to the Financial Reporting Collection Centre based on the 2023 Taxonomy begins

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) has announced the launch of data submission to the Financial Reporting Collection Centre (FRCC) via the Financial Reporting System.

Information for 2023 and interim reports for 2024 must be submitted in electronic format, in accordance with the UA XBRL IFRS 2023 Taxonomy. Details of the taxonomy can be found on the official websites of the NSSMC (www.nssmc.gov.ua), the NBU (www.bank.gov.ua) and the FRCC (www.frs.gov.ua).

What reporting entities need to know:
– Reporting applies to companies that are required to report in accordance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS),
– for support, users can contact the hotline or write to technical support at [email protected],
– by 1 February 2025, each registered entity will be provided with report templates in their personal accounts.

If the company has changed its reporting method compared to 2023, it must notify the regulator:
– for entities reporting to the NSSMC – [email protected],
– for entities reporting to the NBU – [email protected],
– the notification must contain the company name and the USRCOU code.
