The first electronic shareholders’ meeting was successfully held in Ukraine through an electronic system authorized by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC). The Central Depository fully supported this process.
The meeting was held on March 20, 2024, by one of the MHP Group companies. This meeting was the first electronic shareholders’ meeting in the history of Ukraine.
