Termination of NPF operation: NSSMC informs on the peculiarities of the new procedure

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) informs market participants about the new procedure for the termination of an NPF (non-state pension fund) as a legal entity.

From now on, within three business days from the date of receipt of the notification of the commencement of the NPF termination procedure, the NSSMC publishes information on its official website. This information will be posted in the new section of our website «For Market Participants / Other Participants / Participants of Non-State Pension Funds» at the following link.

The sequence of actions and organizational measures to be taken to prepare and conduct the termination of a pension fund is determined by the Regulation on the Termination of Non-State Pension Funds (approved by the Resolution of the NSSMC on 09.08.2023 No. 875, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 16.10.2023 No. 1802/40858).
