The President of Ukraine signed the Law on the Activities of the Financial Sector during the War

On August 15, 2022, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, signed the Law of Ukraine On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Features of the Financial Sector in Connection with the Introduction of Martial Law in Ukraine (Draft Law №7465-1). The document is aimed at supporting the stable operation of the financial sector during the war.

Pursuant to the Law, the NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) approved the Resolution that defines the deadlines for submission of reporting data and information by professional participants of capital markets and organized commodity markets during martial law.
