The NSSMC suspended the licenses of 19 more companies

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has suspended the validity of licenses to conduct professional activities in the capital markets – asset management activities of institutional investors and activities to administer of non-state pension funds to 19 companies. The NSSMC were made the relevant Resolutions at a meeting held on June 10, 2022.

The reason for the Resolution was the failure to provide information at the request of the regulator to these companies, including on relations with the Russian Federation, which is waging a full-scale war against Ukraine. Due to this violation and taking into account the possible negative consequences for the operation of capital markets during the war, the NSSMC suspended the licenses of the following companies:

KAVES ASSET MANAGEMENT (Resolution of the NSSMC №573 of 10.06.2022);

UKRAINIAN TRUST FUND ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC (Resolution of the NSSMC №574 of June 10, 2022);

KM ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC (Resolution of the NSSMC №575 of June 10, 2022);

PERFECT CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC (Resolution of the NSSMC №576 of June 10, 2022);

CAMELOT ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC (Resolution of the NSSMC №577 of June 10, 2022);

ENERGY-CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC (Resolution of the NSSMC №578 of June 10, 2022);

EUROINVESTMENT ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC (Resolution of the NSSMC №579 of 10.06.2022);

FORWARD ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC (Resolution of the NSSMC №586 of June 10, 2022);

SPAGIA ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC (Resolution of the NSSMC №587 of 10.06.2022);

INDUSTRY CAPITAL MANAGEMENT ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC (Resolution of the NSSMC №588 of June 10, 2022);

PROFIT – ASSET ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC (Resolution of the NSSMC №589 of 10.06.2022).

Licenses of the above companies have been suspended until the end of martial law in Ukraine.
