The NSSMC sets new deadlines for submission of reports and information for martial law professionals

The NSSMC  has set new deadlines for submitting reporting data and information to professional participants in capital markets and organized commodity markets who are unable to do so during martial law.

Professional capital market participants, their associations and associations of professional participants in organized commodity markets will be required to submit reporting data and other information no later than the tenth calendar day after the end of martial law.

Professional participants in organized commodity markets will also be required to submit information no later than the tenth calendar day after the date of the end of martial law.

Professional participants in organized commodity markets will need to submit reporting data in the following terms:

• monthly reporting data for July – December 2021, January – February 2022, as well as all months of 2022 during which martial law was in force – no later than the last day of the third month following the end of martial law;
• annual reporting data for 2021 – no later than the last day of the third month following the end of martial law.

The first reporting period for submission of reporting data to the NSSMC is:

• for daily reporting data – the forty-first working day following the last day of martial law;
• for irregular reporting data – the forty-first working day following the last day of martial law.
