The NSSMC has set deadlines for the squeeze-out procedure during martial law

The NSSMC  has adopted the resolution on the course of the terms determined by the legislation in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation during the period of martial law.

The NSSMC has established that the terms of submission and placement of notifications, information and any actions of the authorized body of the issuer are suspended for the period of martial law in accordance with Articles 64, 641, 65, 651, 652 of the Law of Ukraine on Joint Stock Companies.

Thus, the deadlines for the actions of the applicant of the public irrevocable requirement, the authorized body of the issuer to conduct the squeeze-out procedure are suspended.

The NSSMC provides an opportunity for those who have initiated the squeeze-out procedure and, as a result of the military aggression of the Russian Federation, have not been able to continue it, to complete this process.

These terms shall be renewed from the day following the day of termination or abolition of martial law on the territory of Ukraine.
