The NSSMC has streamlined the Resolution on the submission of reports and information by professional participants

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has structured its own Resolutions on the submission of reporting data and other information by professional participants in the capital and organized commodity markets to the NSSMC during martial law in Ukraine.

For the convenience of the trade union community, a single document has been prepared, taking into account the amendments made in the Resolution #314, which clearly defines the terms and conditions of compilation and submission of data.
