The NSSMC temporarily restricts access to public information

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has decided to temporarily restrict the disclosure and provision of public information during martial law.

Therefore, the NSSMC will not yet inform about the status of implementation of acts and instructions of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, acts of ministries and other central executive bodies.

In addition, the NSSMC will temporarily not process requests for public information if it is not related to martial law, evacuation, medical assistance, etc.
