The NSSMC has suspended some actions in the field of the collective investment

The NSSMC approved a Resolution which suspended, for the duration of martial law, certain time limits set by law in the area of collective investment.

In particular, it is a question of “freezing” of the terms established for:

• conducting the constituent assembly of the corporate fund;
• registration of corporate fund regulations;
• registration of the issue of corporate fund shares and the prospectus of their issue;
• registration of the prospectus of issue of investment certificates of a mutual investment fund;
• achievement of the minimum volume of assets by the mutual investment fund;
• resolution-making by the authorized body on extension of the term of joint collective investment.

The specified terms are resumed the day after the termination or abolition of martial law in Ukraine.
