The NSSMC has extended the deadline for publishing financial statements by professional participants

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) mitigated the requirements for the timing of disclosure by professional participants in the capital and organized commodity markets regulated information in connection with martial law in Ukraine.

If the professional participant is unable to publish timely the annual financial statements, annual consolidated financial statements together with the auditor’s report or other information as required by law, he may do so after receiving such an opportunity. The main thing is not later than 90 days after the end of martial law.
