The NSSMC has agreed the acquisition of substantial participation of the PFTS by the new shareholdres

National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) has approved BOCE Co. Limited (Hong Kong) and its associate, Yan Dongsheng, acquisition  substantial participation in the professional stock market participant of the PFTS Stock Exchange.

These persons submitted to the NSSMC documents to approve the acquisition of direct and indirect substantial participation in the professional participant of the stock market PFTS Stock Exchange in the amount of 49.90003%.

Recall that the acquisition of a substential participation in a professional participant of the stock market is in accordance with the requirements of the “Procedure for agreeing the acquisition of a substential participation in a professional participant of the stock market or increase it in such a way that the specified person will directly or indirectly own or control 10, 25, 50 and 75 percent the authorized capital of such participant or the voting right of the acquired shares (shares) in its governing bodies », approved by the Resolution of the NSSMC dated 13.03.2012 No. 394, registered at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 26.04.2012 No. 635/20948 (with changes).
