NSSMC: peculiarities of registration actions on securities during martial law

The NSSMC has adopted a Resolution establishing the procedure for the particularities of the registration actions of the NSSMC in respect of issues and registered issues of securities during martial law.

Temporarily, for the period of martial law, the NSSMC approved the following peculiarities of registration actions:

• submission of a package of documents by the applicant to the NSSMC is carried out in electronic form through the official communication channel by e-mail: [email protected];
• each document must be a separate file in PDF format with the electronic signature of the applicant’s authorized person, based on a qualified public key certificate;
• after consideration of the relevant package of documents, the adopted Resolution of the NSSMC is made out in electronic form with the use of a qualified electronic signature of the authorized person of the regulator.

Such procedure of consideration of documents is terminated from the day following the day of termination or cancellation of martial law on the territory of Ukraine. The Resolution of the NSSMC can be found in detail at the link.
