NSSMC: features of submission of documents for the issue of securities

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has decided on the composition of the packages of documents to be submitted to the NSSMC at the issuance of securities in the second quarter of 2022.

It is established that such a package of documents should include the annual financial statements for 2021, and may be included in addition interim financial statements for the first quarter of 2022. This norm does not apply to the issue of securities of collective investment institutions.

The Resolution comes into force from the moment of its publication on the official website of the NSSMC.
