The NSSMC has updated the list of dubious investment projects

As part of systematic monitoring of dubious investment projects (“scam-projects”) and in terms of cooperation with the EU financial market regulators, the NSSMC (the National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has analyzed the lists of potentially fictitious projects discovered by the colleagues and singled out those that most likely attract funds, in particular, from the citizens of Ukraine.

The work in this area will be continued, as a lot of new information subject to the detailed analysis appears every day. In addition, the NSSMC has traditionally received appeals from the citizens with supporting documents regarding their loss of significant funds invested in dubious financial projects.

In order to protect investors’ rights and to carry out explanatory work on the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services, the list of dubious investment projects has been updated on the official website of the NSSMC and the following projects have been added:
