NSSMC: Mandatory authorization of depository institutions in the Central Depository

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) decided to pass the authorization in the information systems of the Central Securities Depository SOI (Information Processing System) by depository institutions.

Depository institutions that have not yet been authorization in the IPS of the Central Securities Depository must undergo this procedure no later than three working days from the date of publication of this Resolution.

Thus, the Central Depository must submit to the NSSMC no later than the next working day after the expiration of the term a list of depository institutions that have not passed the specified procedure.
