NSSMC: new deadlines for submission of documents on registration procedures

The NSSMC has approved the Resolution on the legal deadlines for applying for administrative services related to the issue and in relation to registered securities issues during martial law.

The NSSMC established that from the date of imposition of martial law, February 24, 2022, the course of the deadline for submission of documents is suspended and resumed from the day following the day of termination or abolition of martial law in Ukraine. This concerns:

• registration of securities issues,
• approval of securities prospectuses,
• registration of reports on the results of the issue of securities,
• approval of amendments and/or additions to the securities prospectus, issued in the form of annexes,
• making amendments to the Resolution on the issue of securities,
• suspension of securities circulation,
• resumption of securities circulation,
• cancellation of registration of securities issue,
• replacement of certificates of registration of securities issue,
• issuance of duplicate certificates of registration of securities issue.
