The NSSMC: the issuers will not disclose regulated information during the war

The NSSMC adopted its Resolution on Disclosure of the Regulated Information by Securities Issuers during the period of martial law in the country.

The NSSMC decided that for the period of martial law, the issuers of securities are exempt from the obligation to disclose the regulated information within the time limits established in accordance with the legislation and the regulatory acts of the Regulator.

After the expiration of martial law, the regulated information shall be disclosed by the securities issuers within the following terms:

• the annual regular information for the 2021 reporting year is disclosed within 90 days after the expiration of martial law;
• the interim regular information for the relevant quarter of 2022 is disclosed along with the annual regular information for 2021;
• the special information on facts arising during martial law is disclosed within 30 days after the expiration of martial law.
