The NCSSM allowed companies to conduct direct placement of securities

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) continues to open opportunities for more capital market transactions by amending Resolution #144 of March 8, 2022.

Subject to the approval of the relevant decision by the NSSMC, the following shall be permitted:

⁃ placement of securities without making a public offering;

⁃ conducting transactions in the depository accounting system for certain securities issues;

⁃ implementation by the Central Depository, depository institutions of operations on certain issues of securities.
