The NSSMC helps businesses to defend our country

The NSSMC has decided to grant permission to conduct an exhaustive list of transactions of AMC Altus Assets Activities LLC with assets of Altus-K Closed-End Non-Diversified Venture Mutual Investment Fund and Joint-Stock “Closed-End Non-Diversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund “BONOSCITUM”.

The NSSMC allowed the AMC to make a payment from an investment fund under a previous loan agreement, as the funds are needed for the operation of companies that defend our country under our war.

We are talking about the following companies:

• KFC restaurants which cook for the military, help with medicine, etc .;
• operators of Kyiv shopping malls, where grocery supermarkets and pharmacies operate;
• construction companies that help the territorial defense forces of cities.

After conducting the above-mentioned operations, AMC Altus Assets Activities LLC must provide the NSSMC with a consolidated report on the intended use of the funds received.
