The NSSMC strives to create the most comfortable formats for communication with market participants and citizens. One of such platforms is the NSSMC’s Hotline. It is important for us to be in touch and resolve citizens’ issues within our competence as quickly as possible.

Therefore, to ensure the stable functioning of such communication, the NSSMC approved and registered with the Ministry of Justice the updated Procedure for the operation of the telephone hotline.

How does the hotline work?

– If the question is of a reference and advisory nature, the answer is provided to you immediately during the conversation;

– if the question requires additional analysis, you may be advised to submit a written request. Our specialists will analyse the situation in detail and provide a response;

– all requests are registered and accounted for in accordance with legal requirements.

The NSSMC telephone hotline is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00, with a break from 13:00 to 13:45.
