The Committee on Enforcement

The competence of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission’s Committee on Law Enforcement includes the following issues:

developing measures to prevent and stop violations of legislation in the securities market;

development and implementation of measures aimed at preventing illegal takeovers and seizures of enterprises;

methodological and methodological support and coordination of cases of offences in the capital markets and organised commodity markets;

preventing the use of insider information in transactions on organised capital markets and organised commodity markets.
