The Committee of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission’s Committee on Information Technology and Cybersecurity is responsible for the following issues:
creation of a comprehensive information system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (CIS) as an integrated system, the components (subsystems) of which ensure, in particular, the supervision by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of the activities of capital market participants and organised commodity markets, provision of services (including electronic) related to the state regulation of capital markets and organised commodity markets to individuals and legal entities, as well as disclosure of information by market participants;
developing a system of measures to ensure software and hardware support for the introduction of a stock market monitoring system;
setting requirements for software products and certifying software in capital markets and organised commodity markets;
developing an information security and cyber defence system for capital markets and organised commodity markets;
defining the procedure for the use of electronic signatures by capital market participants and professional participants in organised commodity markets;
regulation and authorisation of information services in the capital markets and organised commodity markets;
management of the state’s corporate rights in ARIFRU.
