The Committee of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission on the Functioning of the Capital Markets Trading Infrastructure is responsible for the following issues:

methodologies for regulating the activities of investment firms and operators of organised capital markets;

licensing of investment firms and operators of organised capital markets;

acquisition of a significant interest in investment firms and organised capital market operators;

regulation of financial instruments trading activities;

implementation of algorithmic trading;

acquiring the status and activities of qualified investors;

approving the candidacies of heads of organised commodity market operators;

carrying out activities of related agents.
