Committee on the functioning of collective investment and funded pension institutions

The Committee of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission on the Functioning of Collective Investment Institutions and Accumulative Pension Provision is responsible for the following issues:

formulation and implementation of a unified state policy on CII and refineries;

methodology for regulating the activities of asset management companies and administrators of non-state pension funds;

licensing of asset management companies and administrators of non-state pension funds;

acquisition of significant interests in asset management companies and administrators of non-state pension funds;

regulation of activities in the field of collective investment and private pension provision.
