Issuer Relations and Corporate Governance Committee

The Issuer Functioning and Corporate Governance Committee of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission is responsible for the following issues:

introducing and developing generally accepted principles of corporate governance in joint-stock companies and professional participants in capital markets and organised commodity markets;

formulation and implementation of a unified state policy on issuers and securities issues in Ukraine;

state regulation of the circulation of non-issued securities in Ukraine;

regulating the procedure for holding bondholders’ meetings and the activities of bond administrators;

expanding the range of financial instruments on the stock market, including by allowing foreign securities to be traded in Ukraine;

ensuring the functioning of the rating system.
