Committee for Financial Monitoring and Control of Financial Reporting

The Committee of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission for Financial Monitoring and Control of Financial Reporting is responsible for the following issues:

methodological support for the implementation of state financial monitoring in the capital markets and organised commodity markets;

implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards;

functioning of the centre for collecting financial statements in XBRL format;

methodology of accounting and auditing in capital markets and organised commodity markets and its adaptation to international standards;

conducting an independent valuation in cases established by the legislation on securities and joint stock companies;

regulate, monitor and control the risks of non-bank financial groups.
