Committee on Financial and Credit Mechanisms for Construction and Mortgages

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission’s Committee on Financial and Credit Mechanisms for Construction and Mortgages is responsible for the following issues:

formation and implementation of a unified state policy on financial and credit mechanisms for construction and mortgages in Ukraine;

methodology for regulating the activities of CFF/SFI managers;

licensing of the activities of CFF/SFI managers;

acquisition of significant participation in the managers of the CFF/SFI;

regulation of activities with CFF/SFI;

state regulation of mortgage lending.
