The NSSMC draws the attention of investors: the license of the FC Novy Lviv has been revoked

The NSSMC draws citizens’ attention to the fact that the license of the Limited Liability “Financial Company “Novy Lviv” has been revoked and the company must stop conducting property management activities in the financial market immediately.

Thus, in connection with the entry into force of the decision of the Supreme Court of Ukraine dated 11.08.2021 in case №380/11600/20 on revocation of the decision to secure the claim, it was canceled the license of the LLC “Financial Company  “New Lviv” (identification code of the legal entity is 37964899) to carry out professional activities in the capital markets such as property management activities to finance construction projects and / or real estate transactions.

The key goal of creating a construction financing fund (FFB) is for trustees / investors to acquire housing or other investment property.

The NSSMC urges citizens to be careful before investing their money!
