The NSSMC suspended the license of Freedom Finance Ukraine

The NSSMC (National Securities and the Stock Market Commission)  approved the Resolution to suspend the licenses of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC.

The NSSMC adopted the relevant Resolution to implement the Resolution of the National Security and Defense Сouncil of Ukraine dated October 19, 2022 on the Application and Introduction of Changes to Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (sanctions), put into effect by the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated October 19, 2022 No. 726/2022.

At the same time, the NSSMC, in order to protect the rights and interests of investors and clients of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC, conducts additional work and carries out communication for the further adoption of a separate NSSMC`s Resolution regarding the actions that must be taken by Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC, in connection with  the suspension of licenses for conducting professional activities on the capital markets, taking into account the above-mentioned Resolution of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
