Key NSSMC Resolutions dated 25 April 2025

A decision was approved on the specifics of conducting inspections on capital markets and organised commodity markets under martial law.

A revised draft decision of the NSSMC on the procedure for checking and approving the list of clients not subject to sanctions was approved.

Approved the registration of a share issue for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares for JSC ‘ZNVKI “DAIMI” and JSC “ZNVKI ”DELFI’.

The registration of the issue, the prospectus for the issue of investment certificates and the cancellation of the certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificates of PIF Inzur Hotel LLC INZUR were cancelled.

The candidates for members of the board of the private pension fund PRIVATFOND were approved.
Amendments were made to the Rules for Clearing Activities of PJSC ‘Settlement Centre for Servicing Contracts on Financial Markets’.

The licence for professional activities on capital markets – clearing activities for determining obligations of LLC ‘Ukrainian Energy Exchange’ was terminated.

An internal auditor was appointed for LLC ‘Univer-Capital’.

The issue of corporate bonds series J of NovaPay Credit LLC has been registered and the prospectus has been approved.
