JSC “ZNVKIF ‘ELION'”
JSC “ZNVKIF ‘GRANDE'”
JSC “ZNVKIF ‘WELLNESS'”
JSC “ZNVKIF ‘BRUNEI'”
JSC “ZNVKIF ‘VALENCIA'”
JSC “ZNVKIF ‘ORLEAN'”

The registration of the issue of shares carried out for joint investment and the prospectus of the issue of these shares for:
JSC “ZNVKIF ‘LAVOR-CAPITAL'”
JSC “ZNVKIF ‘MYKONOS'”
JSC “ZNVKIF ‘CKS FINANCE'”
JSC “ZNVKIF ‘MAXWELL'”

The registration of issues of investment certificates for collective investment and the prospectus of these certificates was approved:
ZNVKIF “ETALON” (Closed-End Non-Diversified Private Investment Fund “ETALON”)
ZNVKIF “SVIT” (Closed-End Non-Diversified Private Investment Fund “SVIT”)
LLC “Asset Management Company ‘ENERGIYA-CAPITAL'”.

In addition:

Suspension of the licence for professional activity in the capital markets of LLC ‘ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY “PRIMOCOLECT-CAPITAL” was denied.

The appointment of an internal auditor of LLC Ukrainian Energy Exchange was approved.

Licences for professional activities in the capital markets of LLC ‘Pologivsky Registrar’ and LLC ‘ON-LINE CAPITAL’ were terminated.

The report on the results of the issue of shares of PJSC Ukrainian Financial Housing Company was registered.
