For issuers of securities: The deadlines for disclosure of information have been set

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) draws the attention of issuers to the fact that on August 2, 2023, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine registered the Regulation on Disclosure of Information by Issuers of Securities and Persons Providing Security for Such Securities (Reslution No. 608 dated 06.06.2023).

The NSSMC has established that from January 1, 2024, the following information must be disclosed:
– issuers that did not disclose regular information during the period of martial law and before the entry into force of this Resolution must disclose it in accordance with the requirements of this Regulation;
– annual information for 2023 shall also be disclosed in accordance with the requirements of this Regulation;
– interim information for the fourth quarter of 2023, if disclosed before
January 31, 2024, shall be disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution No. 2826 dated December 3, 2013);
– special information arising from January 1, 2024 shall be disclosed in accordance with the requirements of this Regulation.

The document applies to the following subjects of information disclosure:
– issuers of securities, including foreign issuers;
– persons providing security for securities;
– corporate rights advisors.
