Reservation of market participants. NSSMC starts accepting documents

On 19 February 2025, the Ministry of Justice carried out state registration of the relevant NSSMC Resolution (No. 262/43668). The document contains updated criteria for determining enterprises, institutions and organisations that are important for capital markets and organised commodity markets.

The document has already entered into force, so the NSSMC is ready to accept documents from companies. Based on these documents, the NSSMC will make aResolution on granting critical status within 10 business days of receiving the application.
