The NSSMC helped to ensure the continuation of the eHouse programme

Thanks to the prompt actions of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), the eHouse affordable mortgage lending programme will continue to operate in 2025.

On 30 December 2024, the NSSMC registered a UAH 20 billion share issue of PrJSC Ukrainian Financial Housing Company (Ukrfinzhytlo). This registration was key to ensuring the continued operation of Ukrfinzhytlo, which implements an important government programme of affordable housing loans for citizens, eOselya.

Resolution No. 1486 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 24 December 2024 approved the resolution to recapitalise Ukrfinzhytlo.

The coordinated work of government agencies will allow thousands of Ukrainians to continue using the programme to obtain affordable housing. The NSSMC always supports initiatives that are important for our country.
