Mykhaylo Yanchuk appointed Head of Staff of NSSMC

Mykhaylo Yanchuk has joined the team of National Securities and Stock Market Commission and has become the new Head of Staff of NSSMC.

Mykhaylo has two degrees: in 2006, he graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in Finance, and in 2009, he received a diploma in Business Administration from the International Institute of Management.

Throughout his career, Mykhaylo has gained extensive experience in management and project management. In particular, he has worked in the private sector for about 14 years in senior positions. From 2019 to 2021, he was Deputy and First Deputy Director of the State Enterprise «Service Centre for Sea and River Transport». In August 2021, he became an advisor to the Chairman of NSSMC, and until June 2022, he held senior positions at the Stock Market Infrastructure Development Agency of Ukraine.

In June 2022, he was appointed Deputy Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, where he was in charge of European integration. From November 2023 until his appointment to NSSMC, Mykhaylo Yanchuk was the Head of the State Agency of Water Resources of Ukraine.
