Changes in the work of the CIS electronic cabinet

On 02 September 2024, NSSMC issued Resolution No. 17/21/1078/K03 on the Use of the Complex Information System (CIS) NSSMC as an Official Communication Channel (hereinafter – the Resolution).

The Resolution was developed to improve the process of transition to the use of the electronic user account of the Complex Information System (CIS)  of NSSMC as an official communication channel by participants of capital markets and organised commodity markets.

The Resolution sets out in a new wording the rules approved by the NSSMC Resolution dated 22.05.2024 No. 640 on the Use of the Means of the Complex Information System (CIS) of NSSMC as an Official Communication Channel, which clarify certain issues of the process of registering users in the CIS electronic cabinet, the timing of registration and specify the range of participants in capital markets and organised commodity markets who are obliged to conduct an initial registration.

The Resolution invalidates the NSSMC Resolution dated 22.05.2024 No. 640 on the Use of the Means of the Complex Information System (CIS) of NSSMC as an Official Communication Channel.
