The Commission emphasizes the importance of submitting property valuation reports correctly

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) draws the attention of market participants that property valuation reports and reviews submitted to the regulator for registration of share issuance must be properly prepared.
It is important to note that since the beginning of 2024, all remarks regarding financial statements, property valuation reports, and report reviews are forwarded by relevant departments for consideration at meetings of the Committee on Financial Monitoring and Financial Reporting Control. Following the review, one of the following decision is made:
Absence of remarks,
Presence of remarks,
Presence of grounds necessitating a review of the property valuation report and/or report review by the State Property Fund of Ukraine.”
Most document packages submitted to the Commission contain similar errors – reports are not submitted in full. Therefore, to avoid such situations and expedite registration procedures, the Commission urges market participants to ensure the completeness of their documents when submitting them to the regulator.
