NSDC launches State Register of Sanctions

The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine announced that yesterday, February 01, 2024, the State Register of Sanctions was launched in Ukraine.

From now on, citizens have free public access to up-to-date and reliable information about the entities subject to sanctions. The website offers an opportunity to obtain an extract with information about a person in electronic form.

Currently, the register contains 17,202 individuals and legal entities that are considered to be subject to sanctions. The register is maintained by the NSDC Office, and the sources of information in the register are NSDC Resolutions and court Resolutions on the application of sanctions.

As a reminder, the President of Ukraine signed Decree No. 36/2024 on the Resolution of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of January 29, 2024 on Approval of the Regulation on the State Register of Sanctions. The Decree came into force on the day of its promulgation.
