The NSSMC revoked the license of AMC “CAPITAL ST”

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) approved the Resolution to revoke the license of AMC “CAPITAL ST” to conduct professional activities in asset managemen of institutional investors. The relevant document was approved on May 4, 2022.

The basis for revocation of the license was the company’s application, and the procedure was carried out in accordance with the Procedure for issuance, suspension and revocation of the license to conduct professional activities in the capital markets.
