NSSMC: proceedings against cases of violation of the law have been suspended

The NSSMC has made another Resolution to ensure the operation of the capital market in wartime.

Thus, the NSSMC suspended the procedural actions on the signing of acts of offense and consideration of cases of violation of the law on:

– protection of the rights of consumers of financial services;
– capital markets and organized commodity markets;
– accumulative pension provision systems;
– requirements of the legislation on prevention and counteraction to legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, financing of terrorism and financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction during martial law in Ukraine.

This means that the NSSMC will not take any action in existing cases of breaches of applicable law.
